Service
InvoiceGo provides invoicing, record-keeping, inventory, reporting, business-management and related software features. Some features are local/offline and others depend on account, cloud, licensing or third-party services.
Accounts and licences
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure. Paid access may be limited by plan, licence term and permitted device count. Licence keys and account access are for the purchasing customer and may not be resold, shared publicly, bypassed, tampered with or used to defeat activation controls.
Payments and activation
Prices shown at checkout are the prices used to create an order. Manual UPI payments, where offered, are activated only after AVYORA verifies the submitted payment evidence. A screenshot, reference number or pending order by itself does not create paid entitlement.
Plans
Monthly and yearly plans provide access for the stated plan period. A lifetime licence is a one-time licence for the applicable InvoiceGo product under these terms; it does not guarantee that every external cloud, app-store, tax-portal or third-party service will operate indefinitely. Material plan limits are shown before purchase.
Your records and tax responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup, retention and submission of your business records. Tax calculations, classifications and form suggestions are software outputs and are not legal, accounting or professional tax advice. Verify filings against current official requirements before submission.
Updates and availability
We may release security, compatibility and feature updates. Offline functionality is designed to continue for supported workflows, but cloud, payment, email, app-store and other third-party services may be unavailable or change independently. Maintain appropriate backups.
Acceptable use
Do not use InvoiceGo for fraud, unlawful invoicing, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, evasion of licensing controls or other illegal activity. We may suspend or revoke access where necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
Third-party purchase channels
Purchases made through Google Play, Amazon or another third-party channel may also be subject to that channel's ordering, delivery, cancellation and return rules. Those platform rules apply in addition to these terms where relevant.
Refunds
Refund and cancellation handling is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
