Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 5 September 2026

This policy applies to AVYORA InvoiceGo purchases sold directly by Kallepalli Enterprices, a proprietorship owned by Kallepalli Parimala. GSTIN: 36EMBPP1100F1ZM. Purchases through Google Play, Amazon or another third-party platform may also be governed by that platform's return and refund process.

Before licence activation

If you paid AVYORA directly and the order has not yet been approved or the paid licence has not been activated, contact support promptly with the order details. Eligible duplicate, mistaken or unfulfilled payments can be cancelled or refunded after payment verification.

After licence activation

Because software access and licence entitlements are delivered for use after approval, activated purchases are normally not refundable for a change of mind. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, failed fulfilment, material defects that AVYORA cannot reasonably resolve, or any refund required by applicable law.

Subscription periods

InvoiceGo's direct manual-payment plans do not charge a new period merely because the previous period ends. If recurring billing is added in the future, the checkout will disclose the renewal terms before the customer authorizes it. Ending use of the service does not by itself reverse a completed prior-period payment.

Lifetime licences

A lifetime licence is a one-time software licence for the applicable InvoiceGo product under the Terms of Service. Refund requests after activation are handled under the same activated-software rules above.

How to request a review

Email scholar.scholarai@gmail.com with the InvoiceGo order number, payment reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Do not send UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords or complete banking credentials. AVYORA may ask for enough evidence to identify the payment and account.
