How to request account deletion
- Export any invoices or business records you need to keep.
- If your installed version provides it, open AVYORA InvoiceGo and go to Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the instructions.
- You can also request deletion by contacting AVYORA support from the email address registered to your InvoiceGo account. Use the subject “AVYORA InvoiceGo account deletion request”.
Data deleted with your account
After a valid deletion request is processed, AVYORA deletes the InvoiceGo cloud account data associated with that account, including supported cloud-synced business records and account-related cloud records that are not required to be retained.
Data that may be kept
Limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or other regulatory obligations. Such records are retained only for the period required for the applicable purpose or law and are then deleted or anonymized when retention is no longer required.
Data stored on your device
Deleting your cloud account does not automatically remove local InvoiceGo databases, downloaded files, backups, or previously exported PDFs stored on your devices. Delete those local copies separately if you no longer want to keep them.
For security, AVYORA may ask you to verify that you control the registered account before completing a deletion request. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, bank passwords, DSC private keys, or Income Tax portal credentials with a deletion request.
